Access My Account

I am not able to log in to my account - what should I do?

Locked out? We can help. 

First, check that you have entered your username or email address correctly and that it is the same one you used to set up your account (check your private email address and business email address).

Also check that the password you entered is the same one you used to set up your account. If you need to reset it, you can do so here.

I've forgotten my password. How do I retrieve or reset it?

You can create a new password on our website or through our mobile app.

Reset your password online here or follow the below steps:

  1. Go to the Sign-in section on discoveryloyalty.com
  2. Click on "Forgot your password?"
  3. Fill in your Username or Email address and click "Reset Password"
  4. You will receive an email with further instructions to reset your password

Follow the below steps to reset your password on the GHA DISCOVERY mobile app:

  1. Tap “Forgot your password?”
  2. Fill in your Username or Email address and tap “Reset Password”
  3. You will receive an email with further instructions to reset your password
